An ENVE Chassis is the canvas upon which you can build your dream bike. The Fray is typically sold as a chassis-only which includes the frame, fork, headset, stem, handlebar, and seatpost. To initiate your build, begin by selecting your frame size, stem length, handlebar width, and seatpost setback. If there are questions regarding your fit, work with your ENVE retailer and/or bike fitter, and employ the use of the ENVE Best-Fit Calculator to reach your ideal chassis configuration. From there, pair it with your drivetrain of choice and your favorite SES or Foundation wheelset.
- Frame and Fork Material and Compatibility: Both the frame and fork are made from ENVE M.O.D Carbon, with specifications suitable for flat-mount disc brakes and internal routing, compatible with 12×100 and 12×142 thru-axles.
- Target Application and Size Range: Designed for gravel racing, riding, exploration, and adventure, available in sizes from 49cm to 60cm, tailored to different rider needs.
- Technical Specifications and Dimensions: Features include a fork rake of 57-53mm depending on size, a fork axle-to-crown length of 395mm, and a frame weight of about 950g, with specific head, seat post, and bottom bracket standards.
- Tire Compatibility and Mounting Options: Supports tires from 700x36c minimum to 700x50c maximum, with optimal performance at 700x40c-44c, and includes fender compatibility and internal routing for water bottles and cables.
- Design and Color Details**: The frame features a Pantone 7528C color (Sand) and includes top tube mounts, fender mounts, and a wheel size suitable for 700C wheels, excluding 650b.
